I've just bought a 54 plate HSE, with 98k on the clock, it drive's just as well as my bosses 38k example.
If it has been serviced and maintained properly then mileage is no real issue.
Buy on general condition and gut feeling as not all low mileage car's are problem free.

My old car was low mileage and it went wrong constantly with issues.

Rest well old friend, your work is done.
