Sounds quite mysterious but strangely exciting at the same time!
Are you the insider?
Will you be our mole?
BTW Welcome to the site! Back in the game!

I got my D3 from Luton - Sales were good but as for aftersales have no idea, live too far away to use them. Loving the power of the TDV8!

Hi all,
Some of you know me and some know of me. I supplied VA his D3 from Luton.
I do not feel that this is the correct way or the right forum to wash dirty linen in public but I would like give you all the full story.
The Chew-Meister is a former employee who was made redundant Wednesday from our accounts dept. Hence the remarks he has made and joining the site yesterday !!
Yes, it is true Perrys have taken over the Luton dealership from the 15th December 2006 and unfortunately as soon as Pendragon/Stratstone received payment they pulled the plug leaving us with no internet, no e-mails and closed all accounts with Land Rover leaving us in a real hole !!!
We are now fully operational, open for business and now in a better position to deal. Staff morale did take a knock as with any takeover but now its all done and dusted we are keen to compete against others and will succeed.
Commercial bit removed

Save your bad feeling and go for unfair dismissal 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021

Quote:my pre booked holiday to New York, my lack of income for new uniform,
Are you serious....?
In any line of work, my view (and it is MY view, not that I'm claiming to be right or wrong Simon!)) is that you should make the effort to dress appropriately (whatever the role), citing low income to buy a new uniform, but having a holiday in New york, someone hasn't go their priorities right.....?
But you're not there anymore, so I guess someone else will have the pleasure of your lack of funds to dress appropriately....
Anyway, I'm off home now, just got to pick that cheque up from Perrys.... Bodsys Brake Bible

If you are proceeding and you want to be sucessful can I recommend that you remove all references to your former employer in this thread 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
