| Navigation software unable to initiate |

Today when I tried to use the Navigation soft ware it gave me a window like error message says phoenix.exe malfunction need to shut down etc..can this be fix by myself with some sort of reset botton or do I have to visit the stealer about this? Restarting the car does not fix the issue as well and Navigation screen basically just freeze there. Any tips is greatly appreciated! BTW mine is 2012 D4 HSE model with MIO software
