Roof leaking
When the car is sat nose down on my drive, if we have had rain that night when I pull away and stop at the end of the road I get my 2nd shower of the day. at least 200ml of water comes through the front of the head lining. Any ideas.
Don't quite see the point of a sunroof when you have climate control.
Reduction in structural integrity and gaps where most of the water is likely to appear. Given the amount of flex that can be induced in a Discos structure, I just don't get the need.
Mind you, some extra daylight in the back could be a benefit

I used to think the same as you JMC, about sunroofs. Never bothered me as I've always had cars with a/c or acc & the wife normally has a Saab convertible that I'll use if I get the urge for open top motoring.
However, I was amazed by how often I used the sunroof in the D3 this summer. Really enjoyed it & glad it's there.
Very oddly, there is also more headroom in a D3 which has a sunroof. Normally a sunroof looses a good inch in headroom. At 6ft7" tall I notice these things.

Mine just leaked. Got a few gurgling noises when pulling off, and a little stream of water when I slowed down at a junction. Good thing it's going into the dealer tomorrow morning for tyre wear tsb and steering knock tsb, will get them to sort out leaking too. IE - 05 D3 TDV6 HSE - Zambezi Silver

It's a LAND ROVER - they're supposed to leak!!!
Mine also has an occassional leak from the rearmost interior light.
I put it down to a factory option [fitted without my approval]
Haven't told my dealer yet as they would probably want to charge me for it!!

Resurrecting an old problem - mine is going in for the 5th time to have the leaky sunroof and 'pool of water in the footwell' problem looked at....
And the sunroof cover that won't cloe
And the door seal that's fallen off again
What next!
