How about a viewing area (or window) where people can see what is happening to their car? Not that I don't trust garages but .............. its always nice to be able to see what is going on and you can always learn a lot about it. Joined the BMWX5 45e group

Looks a very nice set up, well worth doing IMO. Having owned similar in the past (not land rover) a percentage of our customers thought prices would inflate due to changes but were pleased this was not the case.
Ran a couple open days per year where old and new customers came to see us, cars on ramps, how diagnostics works, Q&A etc, like minded people got to meet which worked well with lunch provided. It doesn't cost a fortune to set up and once realised that we went looking to make long lists of works required it became a popular event, my bonus was my customer base grew as did the trust in we actually knew what we were talking about

Due to the layout a window wasn't feasible so we have had a MOT viewing area set up operating of a camera into the reception area. We have a few cameras looking around the workshop, I'll have to see if there is a setting to have the views rotating.
Thanks
