Come on DT tis the gadget buying time of year Thumbs Up

OK, as it's Christmas, my two best recent buys have been:-

Handpresso Auto, beautiful hot coffee at any time of the day or night on the move, runs on 12v, all you need is a bottle of water and some coffee Thumbs Up

http://www.handpresso.co.uk/products/handpresso-auto.aspx

Philips Hue lighting, run from my iPads, iPhones e.t.c. set up the whole house, just beware that the dot numbers on teh changing colour part of the app can get very busy if you have so many lights and can be annoying as they overlap Thumbs Up

No at all Apple stores now, £50 a bulb and £175 for a starter set that includes 3 x bulbs and the required wifi Hue hub Thumbs Up You can't buy a hub on its own at the moment so will require the starter kit. The bulbs last 15yrs so will see most of those on here out Laughing I bought 25, sounds a lot but at least I will never need to buy those bulbs again Thumbs Up problem is at the moment there are themes going on and off and lights coming on and off at all times as I was messing about, at least it keeps burglars away, works remotely as well so turn on the lights on the way home from the pub and change to say red or green then you know which is your house Rolling with laughter

Cool set up by a 'Mac expert' running Hue from Siri, I'm just trying to copy it but a bit complex with all the coding Confused http://macspoilers.com/938/siri-integrates...trollable/
