Just seen some on EBay...this is the blurb...

But if that is the case , when I need to remove the Grill how do I remove them Question

Probably a nut that needs a special socket set, or Allan key bolt like Ron found on his side steps, special key required. Thumbs Up

No...once tightened the nut part shears off leaving the cone part behind Rolling Eyes
