Great, lots more snow
Woke up to another 8 - 10 cms of fresh snow this morning on top of the snow that is still here.
Quite icy but no big drifts this time which were great fun the weekend.

My D3 on Wintrac Extremes was struggling on my drive today - two feet of snow. Had to dig it out once.

It's thawing here in the southeast and the forecasts are quite frankly, changing so often it's difficult to get any clear idea which way it's going to go Usual silliness going on at the weekend with cars abandoned in hedges etc and the usual "entertaining" approach to driving in the snow from some. I guess, if you have, enjoy it and if you don't well at least you don't have to put up with Amoebas behind the wheel of the car in front of you. Well no more than usual at any rate.

Been snowing steadily all night here in the middle.
The roads are jammed with spinning euro boxes.
Our park where i take the mutt has its car park on a hill - guess who was the only one in the car park!!
Smugness personified!!

I've been tracking the forecasts and the snow just seems to body swerve my area.
Heavy snow was in Northern Ireland and so I thought being east of there would bring some.
And being west of the east coast which suffered badly, it would bring in more.
But there's not been so much as a snowflake on the roads in my area since mid-December 2011 when I bought my D4

So its YOUR fault Marksy! It's the law that when you buy a Disco then suddenly the weather clears and no adverse conditions prevail for at LEAST two years after! I know this after the snow in 2010/2011. Finally got my D4 in Sept 2011 - one day of snow since then until last week here Still, its a great car so it's not ALL bad! My17 Volvo XC90 Inscription

This new snow is wetter than the frozen continuous snow we had for nearly 4 days.
If the pervious snow(which has not gone yet) had been like this fresh snow it would have been very deep. Just taken Disco out and in the off-road area and hills where we live it is incredible in snow mode with the GG AT's.
No other cars to bother me where we live for a few miles, so don't have the idiots to contend with which makes it easier.
really pleased that I bought this D3 in October, so different to the D2!

So it's your fault out area doesn't have snow!
It's depressing watching the news and people talking about loads of snow when there's almost none here. Not impressed. In loving memory of FA54WSK.
Rest well old friend, your work is done.

Steve, I could also take part of the blame! We bought new eucalyptus wood garden furniture in August, hardly used it due to weather, then cover blew off in September and it has not dried enough since to re-cover again!
Its covered today again aright, but its snow not the plastic cover. Blinking brushed it off yesterday, bit of a waste of time doing so methinks?
