Front Locker Now fitted.
The ARB Installer found that the inside of the front diff is painted and a lot of that paint flaking off and floating around the inside of the diff.
All cleaned out now and new oil.

INteresting that the flakes of paint were actually still there. Issue on early D3s with anti rust coating reacting with diff oil and causing seals to fail. Were your seals ok?
I see no resaon why you could not use the existing air in the suspension resevoir to actuate the diff, would make it cheaper. Do they sell just it without the compressor? “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

So the NZ$2800 was just the diff? “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€
