Someone may be interested in these plug adapters that allow you to operate a 240v socket from anywhere in the world with your phone via a PAYG sim in the adapter. A mate of mine has bought a couple and swears by them, I think the max through them is 2kw (for heaters and the likes), he warms his boat up before he gets to the marina, his phone confirms status even alerting to a power failure. A UK seller has them for double the price, his arrived in 8 days from HK.
