Ride height

Hi guys just want to know if it's ok to increase the ride height when the car is in motion, I have done this few times in my disco 4 and don't know if it's ok to do it, I hope it will not cause any suspension malfunction, I have also decreased the ride height when it is moving so just worried if aim doing the right thing. Do I need to stop the vehicle before changing the ride height?

Should be no issue for the suspension. It automatically shifts to the lowest position at 160 km/hr Razz

You need to realise that the offroad height will de-stabilize the vehicle at high speed.

The car electronic will always choose the safest height in relation to speed.

Yes you can change ride height in motion. The car won't let you drive at offroad height when travelling more than 50km/h though. It will drop back to normal height if you exceed that speed.

Similarly, it won't let you drive in access height above a certain speed (forgot how much, 20km/h?). It will raise to normal height if you do.
