I am awaiting my disco 4 Lux and this week I changed the car colour from Indus Silver to Santorini Black.
I totally agree the Santorini Black is a really nice colour.
I did like the new colours introduced on the disco 4 but did not like that I would have to pay another £1000 for them.

Had my black D3 from new for 6 years ... fantastic colour when clean.
Especially clean with a good spraying of mud.
BUT, it's when it just goes from shiny black, to dull black to matt dark grey is when it isn't nice.
Especially when someone in a nice shiny black motor pulls up beside you or if you visit your locar LR dealer and see all the shiny ones ...
... you will definately want to go home and clean it.
I was slave to cleaning with mine.
Couldn't just 'wash n go' because all the white spots and streaks show through.
So had to chamois it, then when that was done you felt as if you had to polish it since you did so much work on it.
No sooner is it all done, then first trip out and it's all dirty again ... the cycle continues
Not knocking it, black is def best colour out there, just an awful lot of work.
btw find the white much easier to look after.... just 'wash n go' with that ...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

I think the dull black looks stealthy like radar absorbers
