There is a white D4 unmarked patrolling M5 around Exeter and Taunton. It's got blue led flashers in front grill other than that looks like a normal D4 MY18 RRS Autobiography Fuji White

If its an unmarked Police car, why is the passenger wearing trainers? If the passenger is going through the old,'have a seat in my vehicle' routine, I doubt he would get away with proping the door open with his dirty trainers.He'd probably be on the ground enjoying the tingle of a Taser.

This unmarked comes out of North Kent police station, I see it quite a bit because I go past every day, it's got blues in the grill and side repeaters. I think it's armed response not traffic.
