Dave, I bought my TD5 Disco into NZ in 2002. No dramas. Just be sure to get a compliance certificate and be sure it's clean - as it no dirt, no animal hairs inside, no nothing! Then you have to drive it for 2 years otherwise you have to pay taxes. I put mine in a 40' container with the rest of my earthly possessions - just get a reputable shipping agent to take care of it  2006 TDV6 HSE Zermatt Silver
