Jeffa ; D4 in Oz come with tow bar and revised removeable hitch, mine came with tongue and ball as well, pretty sure standard, 3lt HSE 19" spare, standard in Oz as well.

I retro-fitted the D4 quick-release tow bar to my D3. I had oversize tyres (265/70/R17) and the back of the tongue pushed up against the tread edge of the spare tyre. So I can see how a wider tyre (275 or 285) could cause problems if it was of a similar diameter (mine were 31.5"). So for instance, I doubt a 285/60/18 would allow clearance.
