transfer box leak ? sluggish First gear change

Ive noticed on the bottom of the transfer box there is oil , is this something that urgently needs fixing Question

also it seems the auto gear change upshift mainly from 1st to second seems a bit sluggish and as if the gearbox is squeezing the gear in ( thats the best i can explain it )

I dont know if this is normal as ive never had an Auto before ,

Could it be my transfer box is low on oil and thus affecting the gear change ???

Thought and advise much appreciated Thumbs Up

I've just noticed the same two small drips of transfer box oil on both outer lower torx bolts after a long 400mile round trip. Can anyone advise which is the fill level plug please and is it EP80's oil?
