One of those came round Salisbury Plain with us yesterday. Apart from a couple of really deep bits, it did really well, even on the really rutted stuff. It was spinning its wheels a fair amount (shod with Grabber GT3s) at times but otherwise OK.

Conversely where my son works on a farm they have a nearly new Amarok and a TD5 110, both shod with ATs.

The Amarok has been used to recover the 110 several times, which the boss loves to point out, but I maintain that they are putting the 110 in situations they wouldn't even try with the Amarok, then using the Amarok from firm ground to do the recovery.

Nasher.
