I do have some cheap ones but they measure 5.7mm, all others seam to be 5.9mm, as it’s the first time I have changed the belts on a D4 I don’t want to take any chances, would 0.2mm undersized cause any problems?It can when others can't,

@M3DPO You do know the rear belt is timed on the D4?.. You will be fine with your drill's for the front belt.

Yes 5.7 will be fine as you are only looking to hold the sprockets in place!yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
