MOT pass but some advisories

So, the Disco successfully passed it's MOT on December 21st. It needed some stuff doing right away to pass but I am happy none the less. However, during the pre-MOT service and MOT itself the following were found:

O/S/R upper suspension arm
Play in both front steering tie rods
Free play in steering rack knuckles

I plan on doing these myself as there is plenty of info on here on how to do it, but I do have a quick question, the garage told me that the 'Play in both front steering tie rods' and 'Free play in steering rack knuckles' is the same thing. Is this correct? And if so, I assume I just need to get the replacement items from AF?

Also, for those with decat, mine passed no issues. Smoke test reading was 0.92m-1 with the max being 1.50
