Yes there is, I was looking in there for an " ignition switched" live yesterday and found a couple of pemanant lives,
from memory, I'm sure one was to the middle courtesy lamp

I took it from the waterfall light when I bought the vanity mirrors with lights but didn't have the correct wiring in my base coiler.

The waterfall light only comes on with the external lighting though I think.

I can turn my interior lights on without the ignition being on. So presume there must be some sort of permanent live there.
Though it maybe only goes live when the car is 'awake'. I suppose it depends on what you want the live feed for.

Take the feed down the A pillar and into the glovebox fusebox. Its really easy to do, will only take you 15 mins longer to wire up, and you then have a choice of guaranteed permanent live to connect to.

For the Webasto heater clock, Land Rover instructions use the headlight switch feed as a permanent live. I have used piggy back fuses in the fuse box and for light loads they work well while protecting the existing circuit with a separate fuse still.
