Number plate light - replace bulb
I feel a bit girly asking this but I cannot see how to get at the bulb to replace it.
In another thread i have mentioned that I have the dash lit up like a Christmas tree and am replacing
the rear end bulbs (except indicators) so figured I'd slap a new bulb in this one also but look as I have, I can't work out how to get access.
I've done searches on here and no mention so can someone who's replaced this bulb please chip in.
I'm sure it's simple but am having a major blonde moment.

You have to prise out the unit from one side and it'll drop out.
Once it's out, a quarter turn of the holder should release it and bring the bulb out with it.Mods:

Local steeler quoted me £60 to change one when it failed a free MOT no nameS mentioned, when I told them to do it to save a return trip of 40 miles they bottled out and I had to do it myself, took all of 2 minutes 17 seconds that included 25 seconds getting the bulb out of the packet.It can when others can't,
