Whats the local temp where you are, if below 6c it should fire up, unless its been locked out. Have you ever run your tank down to less than a quarter full.
Have you tried a system reset with the IID tool, if all this fails then you need to see if the FBH fuel pump is working, remove the small feed pipe to the FBH and see if any fuel comes out when you power on the car.

Some answers.
Yes it is below -6 and a lot of snow. Terrible. I am in my house on the island Fårö north of Gotland. Tuesday goin back to Stockholm.
Yes I have been low on fuel. Is this something to avoid? Could be done as I have an extra 100 ltr tank installed. But it consumes a lot. 14 ltr/100 kms. Have a BAS remap.
System reset. Sounds damgerous. Is it like with my Mac that it is like a factory reset and upgrades and other things disappear?
It is strange though that not long ago smoke came from the front, but I have not seen it this week. There is a fan that sounds when I shut the car off.
Are there any live values that I can mail you?

The fan sound you hear is the FBH going through its shut down sequence so sounds to me like it is working, they don't all smoke!
Best way is to check the exhaust down by the front of the wheel and feel for exhaust once the car has been running for 2 mins or so.
Obviously be careful as it gets hot.

If you are below 1/4 tank of fuel and then the FBH will not start, if it tries to start in this condition and logs three failed starts it will go in to Lock out mode, this will then need to be reset by your tool.
But as qwerty has posted if you are hearing the fan noise when the engine is shut down then it sounds like the FBH is running, do as qwerty suggests and see if you can see the exhaust from under the wheel arch is warm or smoking .
The system reset is just like rebooting your computer, you might have to reset your clock, but nothing else will change. Sometimes this clears quite a few problems.

My FBH wasn't working at all,i remembered that when I bought the car the fuel light was on so i guessed it had locked itself out...
I Pulled fuse 28 out and shut the car down for 10 minutes locked it up etc..I then reinserted the said fuse and now its working as it should within the right temp 5/6c...

Found out that the AC had to be closed when testing the FBH with IID.
Did so and both tests worked.
Have not checked the exhaust yet, but it looks promising.
Anyway it would good to have an indication if it works or not. How can this be done? Any good aideas?

I wired an LED from the FBH coolant pump to inside the cabin so it lights up when the FBH is running.

So then I just have to find the right cables and attach.
Some advice? Color of the cables. Or maybe even a picture?

What exalty do you mean when you say the AC has to be 'closed' to test with an IID tool
My test counts to about 300 seconds then said something like "failed E.8"

So do I need to just turn the AC off or the whole HVAC control panel ?
Also what manual are you referring to that you saw this intonation in ?

The IID manual.
I just pushed the on/off button to off. And yes the whole system is then off.
