Hi

I drove through Brittany area last summer

No adjustments or deflectors

I have Halogen lights

Only got flashed once but had full beam & spots on 8)

My in laws were with me in E Class with adaptive Xeons - didn't get any attention

I dove that most nights.

Hope that helps Thumbs Up

Same here after loads of trip o/seas, incl at the mo. Only time I've been flashed was in Tunisia but the 2 LHD D3s with xenons were also being flashed so it was a local "we hate xenons" thing.

More important to have all the jackets etc. some people we know put them on the back of each seat so they are very obvious. Any bored copper may be less likely to stop you for a random check.

Also suggest you get the sanef toll for your car. Makes driving at night a lot easier and you don't have to wake your passenger up each time at a toll.

I think the correct answer is that there is a lever in the back of the headlights to move the beam.

Read the owners manual.

Just come back from France a week ago. Bought the deflectors and then forgot to put them on. I suppose it depends when you will do most of your driving as its light till about 10pm anyway
