D3 Air con, and a few other queries

Gas topped up on a rush job yesterday. It worked, sort of. Not ice cold, and only passenger side, but best I could hope for having had to find a replacement car on Tuesday for a Friday night ferry. Currently half way down France. Air con sort of cools the air, if I have the fan an relatively low, manual and econ switched on. We still seem to be getting some warm air from somewhere. Activate the rear controls, and it’s just hot air. Did the self test as described on here, and all seems ok. Iid shows the fault below. Does that imply that the gas is low?

Any simple ideas I can try to get it working. I don’t think I can here the compressor click on.

This doesn’t have the ‘A/c On’ button the D4 has.

TIA

With eco on this turns AC off.
