If you go to https://www.autel.uk/ there is no sign of AP200 being on sale and if you search for AP200 then you get the message “Sorry, but we couldn't find any results”
So the question is is there such a thing as an official UK Autel dealer?
There is such a thing as an official UK dealer but they don't sell the AP200. I've called them myself and they explained this. They confirmed that any AP200 for sale will be online only and a grey import.

Thanks Bracechenko for advising that the official Autel UK dealer doesn’t sell AP200 and hence the AP200 sold online are grey imports. Thus I suppose as a consequence there will only be limited support for those who purchase them online who encounter difficulties.

In related news, I contacted auteldiag.co.uk (the online distributer for my AP200) and asked for a refund (after they confirmed the software won't work) and to my surprise they've offered me a £53 refund and all I need to do it post it back to a UK address. So, overall I've lost £4 and have a Gap IID on it's way.

Have an Autel 200 white. Haven’t used it in a while but now seem to have connection problems. It connects to the unit I.e. VCI shows up as connected but when downloading if repeated asks to connect to via Bluetooth to the unit(scanner). Problem is it’s connected. Somewhat stumped. Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions greatly appreciatedOnce you have defeated the idiots any job is half done. Pity there are so many idiots to defeat.

Fixed. Logged out and back in. Fired up first try. All my problems as usual from an ABS speed sensor an intermittent fault so probably a chaffed wire somewhere. Left hand side front so looking at where the wire goes into the engine bay. New sensor ordered just in case. Oh happy days not.Once you have defeated the idiots any job is half done. Sorry to revive an old thread, but in an attempt to save some.pople money and hours wasted with a tool that doesn't work... Please do not buy the white AP200. And if you do have one don't update the firmware on it. They have removed all the special functions so no longer works for the purpose most of us have bought them for.
