As above, a month with water in the engine? You should call your car Mia Khalifa - because it's f dI know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

There appears to be no water in the engine when I crank manually yay!
Now my other problem is the car does not turn over using the ignition and only clicks. I have discovered that a 50amp fuse is blown and I have replaced it but keeps blowing but I do not know what the fuse is for can someone help? I have highlighted the fuse location above..
Unplug your glow plugs and see if you can replace the fuse and get it to turn over then. If not then water has caused a short somewhere on that circuit.I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
Oh, and have you manually turned over the engine and checked for any condensation on the inside of the oil filler cap and any sign of water on the dipstick? If you haven't already, may be an idea to do a quick oil change just as a precaution.I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

starter probably flooded with water.
Try hitting it with a hammer, while someone clicks the key to crank and off repeatedly
or remove the starter, and check off car

I'd drop the oil before you start it. Chances are there's a few inches of water in there.
