Indeed, know for a fact I wouldn’t have been able to have fixed half the issues I had without the awesome members from here

Was taught that a while back by chalking thr entire door rubbers so as u re opened the door again u would see if there were any gaps etc

Did have to adjust my door striker plates and was heaven after particularly down a motorway in not having any noise

Fingers crossed its a simple fix

Noticed on my roof rail things. The part you clip a roof rack onto.
Should it have some kind of plastic trim to stop the wind noise.
The whole rail has nothing

We would use paper to "balance" an aircraft door to shut evenly The seals were like innertubes in that they inflated to make the airtight seal in operation.

Door seals can touch but not have enough pressure on them. Air passing over the door edge gap can then suck air through the seal making it whistle.

My roof bars were absolutely aggravating above 55 Mph until I stuck gaffa tape over the T slots and I have used the same solution on a sunroof, has to be temporary as it tends to make opening it difficult. Confused But it could eliminate a possible cause.

Ah! I had no idea! When I started my PPL (but didn't finish due to lack of coin as its even more expensive than owning a Disco), I didn't know the seals were pressurised ((to 1ATM?) so when you gained altitude they would expand and seal the gap! Brilliant...
Mind you, that reminds me of the Challenger disaster as it was the (analogous) seals that were frozen at launch, so didn't expand and fuel Censored past them and it unfortunately had the 'unscheduled disassembly event'... Sad

Not all aircraft door are the same but this one used multiple latches to actually lock the door. The strikers were adjusted to create an even, low pressure on the seal to make sure the door would close. Cabin pressure inflated the seal and the door was impossible to open even if unlocked.

So an update now ive had time to play with the car. definetly the sunroof not closing. if i put pressure on the front edge it gets worse. so ive spent a hour or so adjusting the glass with the 6 bolts and got it almost sorted. a little noise at 70 but nowhere near as much. Was definatly that as ive now got water marks on the liner so it was leaking. need to work out how to remove the marks now lol.
