I think it is superb and finally (que abuse) the interior lives up to what you expect of a £40k motor. I know X5's etc are crap off road etc etc but the interior quality has put the D3 to shame for too long. I agree, should not need a re-brand but LR will be keen to attact RRS owners who need more space and there egos will need a new number to make them feel special

I hope they are going to do the interior in darker colours, that light colour always reminds me of ....and theeeeennn......???
love the new technology & the 5 liter V8... like the instrument cluster & the interior... think the painted fender flares & all the useless bling is FUGLY, kinda like the cheap Korean POS SUVs - i.e. exterior sucks...
all in all, D3 still rules, IMO (though a late model D2 is still the sexiest 8) ).

D4 Motor Show Pictures
I know there are other treads but here is a link to someone who has posted their own pictures from the launch http://www.roverhaul.com/galleries/discovery4-lr42010 5.0 V8 HSE, Ipanema Sand
2009 3.0 TDV6 HSE, Silver, Ebony
2009 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black, Ebony
2004 TDV6 HSE Silver, Ebony
I like the inside, particularly the centre panel. The front look a bit too RRS but it will grow on me.
The instrument panel look to have lost the analogue petrol and temp gauges.

Extra passenger side cup holder is missing
No cup holders in the centre console either,
probably none on the drivers side either ..
..that's why the guy in the pic is holding his glass.
Maybe because it's gone all uppercrust it has no cupholders??
As possibly "one does not drink beveridges in ones vehicle"...... always on the road less travelled 🚧
