Ordered mine yesterday. Still waiting fr a confirmation email and to find out when it will be sent out. Phoned them, and have to phone back tomorrow as it hasn't been processed yet. As long as it is all here by the end of week it will all be ok. They sounded positive on the phone about me getting it all.

Just lock the bikes very very carefully at centre parcs especially if Sherwood forest one !
We had two stolen when we last went - First & last time - we had two of our own bikes & two we hired for my daughter & her friend all chained together outside the lodge with decent locks, they used heavy duty bolt cropers to cut through two locks and then took the best two bikes that were locked together just to get one bike my wifes very nice mountain bike, I had a cheaper marin that they took as well as had a motorcycle chain through the two.
Happened on the last night of our stay - what a coincidence - Centre Parcs could not give a
Police not really interested as it happened on a regular basis !
Better to hire their cheap bilkes than risk anything goodPreviously those that have a special place in my heart

Happened to us as well and it all seemed very routine so obviously happens a lot there. At least we got new bikes on the insurance...2012 Defender 110 XS Utility 2.2

First time i hear someone stealing bikes of a carrier. Were the bikes locked to the bike carrier? My Atera Strada DL 3 has a universal lock so nobody can get the bikes of the carrier.

Mine were chained up at center parcs to a bike stand not on the bike rack
