No, factory wired like that - and that's what the wiring diagrams show. D4 is wired differently (according to wiring diagram).

It does take a few seconds to kick in, so make sure you leave it switched on long enough to check Smile

popped home at lunch time and it really is a 10minute job on the D4 Thumbs Up

just watch the 2 screws when taking them out as i dropped one down back of trim Embarassed

and 100% yes the D4 switches off when car off Rolling Eyes
