But surely you've got it approved before any work starts or are BT investigating and then putting claim in to WD?

They do a road and glycol test first then go from there. Will doubly make sure they know re not starting work before authorisation. Will make sure hoops are jumped through in right order. Thumbs Up

That is the major downfall with WD, if something is broken and it's obvious ie an alternator packs up (happened to me just 3 weeks in) then it's a fairly straightforward claim.
but if you're not quite sure what's up then you can get stung for investigative work Sad
