Hope it is just dirty injectors and not a fuel system full of c p. I think I'd get the fuel filters changed just in case they are carrying a load to dump into your nice clean injectors.Rob Smith

Rob,
I am hoping that they changed the filters when they did the 60,000 mile service a couple of week's ago - I will call to check with the L/Rover garage.
If they haven't I 'll get this done also - another good tip - cheers.

To finally close this issue - hopefully - once and for all.......
The garage (non L/Rover) has just handed back my car stating that they found 2 x air (?) hoses that were loose into and out of the TURBO unit!! which obviously affected the performance and gave the 'jumy' symptoms- They have tightend them up and have conducted a diagnostic check and believe that all is now okay................so............it was not not the Cat after all and I am most annoyed that the L/Rover Garage in Niort here in France failed to notice these faults when they serviced my Disco3 a couple of week's ago!
They have also checked and cleaned the injectors - but saw no problems there.
fingers crossed - that's it back to it's best.
If we don't pass comment in any other threads - have a great Christmas and a prosperous New Year and thanks again for all!
