AH22-19H422-AF part number for genuine one
plus you need new harness for tailgate and bit of wiring inside look up on the forum plenty of topics with full list of parts needed and CCF changes to make it work factory

stick to genuine TBH i think it is easiest to retrofit and than works the charm when CCF is edited and applied

Doubt your D4 has that spoiler (it's a pretty rare thing) 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
