Hi
Remove the battery + wire for 30 seconds
Then re connect the wire and tell me the LED boot sequence.
It should be simlar to
Short orange , which is actually green and red at the same time
Short green
Green red green
Then it will pause
Then you should see 1x green every 15 seconds
Please also before you do this tell me in which order you connected the wires to the car ?
Pete.

Ok then pin2 is not connected correctly. After the boot sequence you seen you should get one green flash every 15 seconds or so.
I'm guessing but I assume the pin in pin two is not fully in until it clicks, remove the power and slide the pink Clive FULLY across until it touches the black plug edge. Then the pin on the green wire should click in place.
Remember the pin it square so it has four possibly ways it could look to fit but only one will allow it to click fully in.

No problem, do remember if you need to readjust the pin as you don't have it in correctly or the wrong way to remove e power first and r connect after pin2 changes.
