Oh ! got me thinking now. It was first spotted on an Italian Facebook page and the accompanying wording was by the poster and not part of the video, so it could be you're right.
However ... I've looked at other footage of the ticket-less clowns being tackled and there only members of the security teams tackling them..

I saw the same / similar footage and someone is shouting "do your fooking job!" at the security guys before the hitting and kicking started. I presume that's the "legal fans" telling the yellow bib brigade to keep the "illegal fans" out.
