been thinking about this and, with the lack of running together with all the food and drink you're having, when you get back will you be "Obesed from the East" ???

Oi you lot, keep the noise down. Some of us were up at 6am to get a good spot in the hot tub on the 57th floor for the sunrise. And didn’t take the phone so no pics, will rectify that oversight tomorrow morning.

or Not sure which. Last hotel had bathroom scales so could see the result of all that eating, this one doesn’t. Luckily. They all have gyms and I have my running gear with me, I just haven’t managed to find them yet. Mind you, as in pic above I’m looking as svelt as ever, just have to remember when SWMBO’s pointing the camera at me to pull my abs in.
Saying that, no hotels have any food included for 3 weeks so less temptation to “make the most of it”. Plus we looked at getting a bottle of VC from the local 7:11 and the cheapest was £16!!

Didn’t bother with curry, just did just under a 10k hike to various places in Cent Sing in 29 - 31c heat. Sweaty central, was happy to get back via MRT.
A few pics from today’s jaunts, well would be rude not to.
Today started off with breakie at Micky Dees, see above. Was also good to return to for a coffee after looking around both pavilions at the Garden by the Bay.
Flower dome. Looooooovely & cool inside.

Getting ready for Chinese NY.

Home sweet home from in there.

In the Cloud Forest Pavillion.

Various carnivorous plants at the top, this is a picture of a pitcher plant, Lego variety.

More height challenges. What is it with SG & heights?

And HSH from that dome.

And at last I can put up a picture of SWMBO.

Now I’m in the dog house.
One observation on last exhibit/indoctrination/guilt trip part of the last pavillion, preaching re the effects of global warming. Skipped it totally as they build two massive domes, AC the heebiejeebies out of them and then preach about global warming? Yeah, right.
Lots and lots and lots of electric scooters here, at last seen a use that didn’t get me muttering “lazy chap” under my breath.

And would be useful to chase these chucks.

Right, mid afternoon schnooze time before watching the Garden by the Bay light show from the room and the other light show from the 57th floor.
