Here you reserve your seat at a table with a pack of tissues, we only had one so a hotel teabag did the job. Here with watermelon juice.

For a meat feast.

Now hankering after something sweet went off in search of a MacFlurry, but failed in our mission so Venti Caramel Machiato did nicely.

Must have walked another 5k this evening, on top of 10k earlier, so will have a good nights sleep.

It’s pretty nice and, strangely enough, doesn’t taste too much like carrots. Whistle

Another day (well same day here) and another country. Left last place to head up to border and train up to Johor Bahru, Malaysia, my first and shorted cross border train ride. All of 5 minutes.

Lot of standing in line, frowning like on my passport and carrying more than my share of the bags. Cooled down with a nice big ice cream in the mall before heading to the hotel.

Shame I didn’t notice it was dripping until it had dripped all over my shorts and shirt! Big Cry Big Cry

View back to Singapore, looks freeeeeeezing out there but its 32c!

5!!! That was pretty much our main meal yesterday. Whistle Whistle And shorts and shirt washed up fine, plus combo of AC and hanging in the window worked to dry them. Wonder what that looked like from the pool! Laughing

On train til bit after lunchtime, off up to Malacca. Only problem is the station we get off at (Tampin) is 40km from where we’re staying, damn those pesky colonial railway planners! Rolling Eyes We’re trying to minimise taxi travel on this jolly but have to do it this time, or take a bus then taxi.

Will post up any interesting views. And not just of food!!

I spy etc something beginning with coconut. Whistle

Not sure I’d get there, shimmy up with parang between teeth, chop one down, hack the top off and find a straw before the train starts again.

Actually would have been able to go back for seconds!! Laughing
