My LR loom to the radio must be short though Andy as the blocks only barely made it into the void you spoke of above. The vent duct in the fascia panel couldn't make it past them . I will try again.I gave it about 4 hours last night
Lovely piece of kit though

I have tried to order one (06-124b) of these from siocomms a few times, I have paid via world com but the cash has never been taken. I tried to contact him but no joy. The first time i got an email saying he was ill but now nothing.
Anyone know of anywhere else I can get one of these units so that I can go through my speakers?
Cheers

I got mine through these http://vstore.co.uk/shop/default.asp
However , they dont seem to list the audio leads one any more ..but they have some others .
Websites gone a bit as there are no pictures or proper discriptions.
Might be worth an email to them.
Oh and the 06-124b was originaly a bit cheaper than it was at siocomms £25.99 plus vat G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

CFB This could turn out to be very for me , but with the Elan lead and my base stereo do I need to use the "Big Block" section aswell or just the smaller one and leave the original LR " Big Block " connected to the Head Unit ?
I previously plugged both blocks in and therein lay the problem of not having enough room behind the HU,
Hope Ive described it well enough ,

You need the big block as that is where the unit taps off the power and speaker connections. It all went in mine so a bit of juggling needed I guess. 2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto

ISTR on mine that I had one of the boxes on the left and one on the right so as to spread out all the loom to make it go in. 2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto
