Working on SWMBO, she's now officially got a face like fizz but hasn't said no, yet.
Last question, honest, but is the connector between the towing plug and the CTEK charger weatherproof as it'll be sitting out in the rain, snow and pestilence?
Pic "borrowed" from Martin's Emporium, hope OK.

I seal them as best as I can against the weather and I would happily leave one out in the rain/snow.
However I cannot guarantee any particular level of water protection as I have not had them tested for a rating.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Usually I would expect people to be buying the '7' but for that price I can see why people are going for the '10'.
The question is, do I need another '10'…

I realise it has a lot to do with how regularly the car gets used, but how do people tend to use these over the winter ?....is it just if the battery is playing up or does it get used as a maintenance tool to keep the battery in tip-top nick ?"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

Maintenance charging every couple of months or so in the winter, perhaps once in the summer. If I am messing with or cleaning the car I hook it up.
These questions should really be in a different thread.
