What have I done! After 10 years and several 'workhorse' cars (read economical) I've just rejoined the cult. My offering to the priesthood is a MY12 D4 Orkney grey with 19k miles.

First impressions - Wow. What a step up in quality over any car I've had in the past. It just feels special. The last car that felt anything like this was, believe it or not, the D2 V8 I owned in the late 90s.

Of course, things have moved on just a bit from there and I'm looking forward to trying it in a bit of (gentle) off-roading.

There also seem to be loads of mods available for the car. I'd like to start straight away with the remote FBH which begs the question - is there anyone in the Essex/London area on these forums who can fit the parts and enable the computer?

After all I dont want to freeze this winter and I certainly want to get one up on the wife in her Q3. MegaSTUPID BREXIT
