I must admit that the £53k price tag on my D4 did feel rather painful. They are marching towards a price range that I may not be able to reach.Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948

Looked around a 2014 HSE Lux in Guy Salmon Stockport today. DISCOVERY on the bonnet doesn't look so bad.

And yes,was gobsmacked at the sticker price of the HSE Lux in Pentland's showroom...."Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

At that price I'd be getting a pauper spec RRSI know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

As DG says it's only money and we all work hard to try and have a nice life so why not drive a nice car and it's also a safe car for the wife and kids to be in
And yes my car is sitting in the garage waiting for me to come and get it and true to form I am out of the country till February.
A lovely Firenze red XS which I am dying to get home for.

£67k when you add the bits to a Lux
ND the New RRS is OK until its along the side of a new FFRR then its pointless
The New D4.5 is quite nice apart from the fffing orange glow of the eco light at least the epoke gets it right the switch has a tiny orange light and its on when eco is on and off when off

My dealer has advertised a march 2013 D4 for € 82,000.
People that is 68,000 pounds for a one-year old car with 21,000 kms on it.

Ours are due first week in March. Tbh we stayed with the HSE and specked them to our taste. The Lux has a couple of very nice features but of limited use unless you specifically want them.. RSE for example, we've always had it in every D4 we've had. Used it less than a dozen times and iPads are so much more versatile. At £2300 option, they're just not worth it for us. Dead money as far as trade in prices are concerned. Still, looking forward to picking them up. I saw a black D4 at the dealer today, looked very nice. Personally, I like the "DISCOVERY" on the bonnet. That might change in six weeks though!
