For some reasons, none of your browsers are loading or running Javascript on the site
All the functions you are missing (image load, image upload, scrolling message) use Javascript, which runs in the browser. These are all functions over and above the standard phpBB package, which is why other forums appear to be fully functioning. The basic forum here is working for you, but the extra features I have added and which use Javascript do not.
I assume that the members map does not load at all?

It would seem that something/someone has blocked the execution of Javascript and/or the loading of Javascript files in an Antivirus/Internet Security tool or similar.
The Javascripts are loaded from the following location (which is a shared server for all the forums):
http://cds.static.fnltd.co.uk/
You didn't answer my question about whether you could load the image which is on that server?
Can you click the following links and see what the browser shows or tells you?
http://cds.static.fnltd.co.uk/images/icons-ns/camera.png - small graphic of a camera
http://cds.static.fnltd.co.uk/js/def2/header.js - small Javascript file for Defender2 site which moves header image 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
Any issues with the site let me know!

Hi Martin,
The Members map loads up without issue, as does the small image of the camera.
The JS file, however, "works" in that it isn't blocked and I can see a .js file is present BUT only if I copy and paste the link into a new browser window.
Trying to click it from within the post here it doesn't load - however no error message.
From that I guess whatever is blocking it, is blocking because it's not coming from the same URL as the site I'm on.
More digging to be done I think - thanks for the help so far and the food for thought, we're certainly getting somewhere!

Does the members map load the map points on OK then?
When you say the JS file doesn't load, does it time out or just sit constantly waiting to load? 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

The members map loads the points fine and shows me the "Your browser supports the sharing of your current location to put you on the map" link too, as it's in a Grey box I'm assuming that's taken from a JavaScript file.
The JS file when clicked from a link on this forum instantly stops loading. Nothing given at all, blank page.
However with the link copied and pasted I can clearly see the contents of the JavaScript file

OK, so for some reason it doesn't like some JS files from the shared server, but does like others
The map, for example, has its JS file on that server too: http://cds.static.fnltd.co.uk/js/atlaslib.js

Don't worry about it Martin - It's back working again now. I can see Avatars and other Pictures in all their glory.
Seems it must only like working for a few hours a day - definitely the Mrs somehow limiting my Spending power, has to be!
