only problem is, I got my car from Taggarts in Motherwell, and I live in Teesside - 3 hour drive on way, so won't be going to Taggarts for towpack upgrade - whatever this is, so won't going up there to get the satnav - and doubt they will pay another dealer to do this......
But waiting till the manager is back in on Wednesday, and see what he has to say, as they are saying I was advised, and when I asked about changes, was told none, and they are now saying these aren't anything major, and I am splitting hairs!!! How not to comfort the customer!!!

I think for an MY06, you should have got a better deal. Mines an MY07 HSE, tow pack & Priv glass (no steps). I got mine for £40,368
It was built Jan07 and would have been ready fro me in Feb, but I waited til 07 plate in March.
As has been said, sounds like it's been standing around for a long while. Did you specify on anything written that it should be an 07 model? Bodsys Brake Bible
D4/D3 Remote FBH heat kits
BAS Remaps/ EGR Blank
Transmission Flush
Software updates/enabling
Clock/ SNOTM /3Flash / 4x4Info /BT Update /Service Reset/Error Codes / Gearbox Reset

unfortunately not - I only found this site after my purchase - if only came across this forum prior.
No PX either, oh well, I thought it was a good deal when I signed, and I suppose if all I have missed out on is lane change, clock and satnav (to which can be upgraded) I suppose I will live with that......
