One hopes the purchase was based on a bit more than a relayed rumour!

Well the delivery date is not before April/May although they would love to have my current one asap as they have a few looking for used ones.
By April we should hopefully know what new models are coming. MY18 RRS Autobiography Fuji White

Don't confuse your dealer with LR. The dealer may want your Disco but doesn't mean to say LR can't change its production priorities. Won't be the first or last time.
Just saying.

The transit carries twice as much and uses half the fuel costs half as much to buy. It is screwed together better. I hate the transits and it's a no brainier even to me.D4

Those wanting a LR commercial will have to wait until the next generation Defender is up and running, I would imagine.23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green

I had to call LRA out last week in Cumbria and the guy turned up in a Transit, very nice guy and very knowledgeable, he said he was missing his D4 and wondered how his FWD Transit would be able to manage in the winter!Cheers Ian

110CSW,
Might be a regional thing I suppose but I was with a friend who had a car breakdown last year when things were slightly slippery.
RAC guy tried his best to get up the road and did manage it eventually. But was cursing the fact they weren't fitted out with Winter tyres.
