Great resource.....I am constantly impressed at the the lengths members will go to to help others....with transporting goods, providing services, sharing hard-won technical knowledge and their patience.
There is a great "feel" to this site....here's to the next 10 "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

Sorry it took me over a year to join the site!
The forum and its membership was instrumental in getting me working on vehicles again. Although that is something to reflect on when lying in a puddle under a member's vehicle helping them chase a fault....
It has also been great to meet, speak or type to so many of you. The humour of the forum is a reflection of the membership who usually see the funny side of whatever issue or calamity at hand.
Martin, it is a shame we have never met but thank you for time, effort, vision and tolerance - this site is outstanding.
Land Rover - Turning Drivers into Mechanics Since 1948
My D3 will be 10 in June, it took me a little time to find the forum, but as said previously, the camaraderie between the genuine members is wonderful. I've met many people over the years, all over the country either at events, or through the courier service.
Thank you and well done Martin for bringing us all together As you slide down the banister of life
may no splinters point your way
