for a cash buy and walk away looks a good price...think if you get involved with the finance deal it gets complicated

Would be interesting to know if the Meridian upgrade and bendy xenons really are included in the deal - as that does make it look well-priced
I posted the other day on the HSE discount thread re the discounts now openly being given on the PCP offers - it is looking (to me at least) like supply is exceeding demand in the UK market for D4s for the first time since soon after launch

Might be a LR finance contribution in that so cash price might not be same.

Should the cost of your car be related to the mileage then ?! Velar MY18 D180 S Narvik

It's simply down to how the leasing companies are now running their illustrations of cost...
At one stage, most lease offers were based on 10k per annum - my leading chap did say a while back that comparison quotes were now generally based on 8k per annum as this gets the 'headline' monthly rental down.
They are aiming to suck people in with a seemingly low price - you can then tailor the package to your needs. Mine, for instance, is on 30k per annum to include maintenance.., D4 Commercial - 65 Plate, 2016MY
D5 Commercial - Handed back when I left that job…
D4 Commercial (2014MY) - gone
D4 Commercial SDV6 - Baltic Blue (also gone)
D1 300TDi... 2" lift, HD bumpers (both), detachable tow hitch, 9,500lb winch, 235/85/16 muds and plenty of other toys (gone to make way for the next toy...)
Smiles per Mile - Tornado Motorsports caged Evo 3... 100" Defender look-alike, with Range Rover running gear - all fully IVA'd and registered!

If you play with the finance calculator on LRs website its surprising how the mileage effects the deals. Ive sometimes found with these illustrations when you try and cash buy there are hidden "buts" like it includes dealer contributions and finance with a certain capped deposit so i think they are aiming to offset discount within the finance deal, watch the total amount payed at full term to get a real feel for the deal. 12k per year 3 year 36k

You can do as many miles as you want. My point was it wasn't representitive of even an average mileage when comparing costs - totally pointless figure... but not for you obviously!
