First problem
Just noticed my 2012 D4 wont change up gears on the +paddle
It will drop down but won't go up!!!
Anyone any idea before I take a trip to the dealer?

Had the same problem on mine. Turned out to be a faulty wiring loom in the steering column. The dealer changed the paddles as well, and it's been good ever since
The strange thing with mine was that it worked when the lights were off, but then wouldn't work when the lights were on D4 MY14 XXV - RLD/IID BT

There are gearbox fault modes where it prohibits paddle shifts in either a single or both directions, but a switch or wiring issue seems more likely. Some diagnostic tools (eg IIDTool) allow you to check the paddle commands.
