Drives better than its done for a while now, no more hesitation at junctions 8) The brake switch was replaced because of the hesitation, but never really cured the problem, so it was probably the turbo causing the problem.

Just spoken to the dealer.

Apparently there was a slight blow on the turbo actuator, its now sorted and the D4 has passed a road test. Decided to collect it in the morning though.

I had the actuator go on mine regular problem. Makes you wonder if an occasional squirt of the right lubricant would stop the problem happening again
