Ordered the "used" M7 sold by amazon warehouse on that link just now. The description was "may have damaged packaging - 30day return policy". Twas £25 delivered so thought it worth a punt. Hopefully its the newer model.

Any update on this? Whistle

Yep, I never received it! Amazon refunded me on Monday.

No longer keeping finger on the pulse. Just inherited these two from my folks. Long story cut short, they had them on their boat (that's currently in BVIs) and they were dead. Put new batts in them and they were still dead. Turns out just needed batts that had some juice in them. I got them in case the parts were any use. Happy days. Mr. Green Mr. Green

L5 (L for leightweight as made of plastic) on sale tomorrow http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B002X797W0/ref=...Q74XDWDYPH

Have been given an M5 and for it's size and from just one AA battery it's pretty bright. Still not figured out a place to keep my M5 but I will. It's in addition to one P7, one T7 (both the older 180 lumens), a 220 lumen P7, a P7.2, two P14s, one P14.2, a Fenix TK12 and three surefire G2s. And a LL H7 (presently knackered, going back to LL) and a standby H5 (dim but better than nothing). Well you can never have too many. Laughing Laughing

Mine's got a place in the driver's door pocket. SWMBO gets the old P14s for letting the dogs out in the garden at night. Whistle

SEO5 headtorch http://ledlenser.co.uk/content/productView.aspx?prodId=94 on sale this evening (6:50pm). Only 180 lumens but also red output which I've used on night sailing and pretty good.

At least the struggle was short lived. There are many out there that are still struggling. Including me even though I have 2 P14s & a P14.2, among many others. Big Cry Big Cry

How does the P7.2 compare with the M7 in brightness and size?

Need another torch but want it as bright as M7.
