MMJ Problem.

Hi all,

I ordered some piano black parts from MMJ, they arrived today and Im gutted, runs, flat, finger prints and bubble wrap marks where it was packed too soon after spraying.

I have sent an email (to allow them to correct it) I am sure that will be all over it for me, I just wondered if I was unlucky or has anyone else had this problem from them?

Shocked Mmmm....Why not wait until MMJ respond before posting? You are starting up a business so imagine how you would feel if there was an issue with the quality of your product that was put out on the forum before you could respond........

Dudes, chill, its not a name and shame, its an honest question, if i get told its happened a lot, id rather go for a refund, if I'm just unlucky, I'm more than happy to wait and let them fix it, like i would AND HAVE for 2 of my XBB's that got returned.

And if anyone had a prob I'm happy for them to post it on here, in manufacturing i have learnt real quick that 's**t happens' and sometimes, annoyingly, its out of your control.

So im not after a hanging, lynch mob, or outcry, lol, just a simple "they were perfect for my stuff" or a "yea, had that problem"
No more, no less.
So chill, Thumbs Up
